This matter is very frustrating. The first issue is that I opened a contract event on Binance, but I don't understand why the chart crossed that line, determining that I lost? The second issue is that I opened a 10-minute contract event, so why is there an extra 0.x seconds afterwards? This happens every time; this 0.x seconds is sufficient to determine win or loss. Because of this, I lost 1000U, and this happens every time. Binance customer service doesn't provide any explanation, just saying that the team is verifying the issue all day long. Does such a large exchange take so long to verify? I even recorded the screen, and there is no accountability at all.
