Trump: Will indefinitely suspend immigration from 'third world countries'
On November 27 local time, President Trump stated on social media that he will indefinitely suspend immigration from all 'third world countries' to fully restore the American system. This will terminate all entry permits for millions of illegal entrants during former President Biden's administration.
Trump also stated that he will remove anyone who does not contribute positively to America or cannot love America, ending all federal benefits and subsidies to non-American citizens; revoke the citizenship of immigrants who disrupt American peace; and deport any foreigner who becomes a public burden or poses a security risk.
Two members of the National Guard were shot near the White House on the 26th, one of whom died and the other is in serious condition. Trump stated that the suspect is an Afghan citizen who entered the U.S. in 2021.
Trump said that every foreigner who entered from Afghanistan during Biden's administration must be re-examined, and all necessary measures should be taken to ensure the deportation of any foreigner who does not belong to the U.S. or is not beneficial to the U.S. The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services announced that it has indefinitely suspended the processing of all immigration applications involving Afghan citizens.
On the 27th, the director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services stated that, per Trump's directive, he has ordered a review of all green cards issued to individuals from 'countries of concern.' The relevant list includes 19 countries, including Afghanistan.
