These terms ('Promotion Terms') govern user participation in the above-described promotion ('Promotion'). By participating in this Promotion, users agree to these Promotion Terms, as well as to the following additional conditions: (a) Terms and conditions of Binance promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; (c) Binance Privacy Policy; all of which are considered included in these terms.
In case of discrepancies or contradictions between these Terms of the Promotion and any other included conditions, the provisions of these Terms of the Promotion take precedence, followed by the following order — and within such conflict: (a) Terms and conditions of Binance promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; (c) Binance Privacy Policy.
Only users who pass identity verification during the promotion period can claim rewards within the promotion, and only main accounts can receive both additional bonus yield and actual yield. Sub-accounts are not entitled to receive additional bonus annual yield.

Rewards from annual yield:
The actual annual yield may change every minute; please check the relevant product page for up-to-date information. Rewards from actual yield are accrued and directly added to the Earn account every minute.
The additional bonus annual yield is provided as an extra reward on top of the actual annual yield. After subscribing to the additional bonus yield, it starts accruing the next day at 00:00 (UTC). Rewards begin to be distributed the day after accrual starts between 00:00 (UTC) and 08:00 (UTC) to the user's spot account.
All users holding positions in KERNEL's perpetual products during the promotion will receive both actual yield and additional bonus yield. After the promotion ends, only the actual annual yield will remain.
The additional bonus annual yield is calculated based on the subscription volume and is subject to the corresponding rate limit for each token. Details are in the FAQ.
Rewards from annual yield are paid from the own funds of Binance and the relevant protocol team, and are determined based on the current assessment of market conditions.
An upper limit on the subscription amount is set for each user during the promotion period. Once the limit is reached, the subscription will be unavailable.
A large number of redemption requests may temporarily delay the execution of the redemption. Redemptions will resume after liquidity is restored.
Users can activate the 'Auto-Renewal' feature before the end of the subscription for fixed products — this will allow the current position in the fixed product to be automatically renewed to a new one with the same duration after the expiration date.
In case of early redemption of fixed products in Simple Earn, assets are generally returned to the user's spot account within 72 hours after the redemption request is submitted. The user loses the right to all rewards (accrued or otherwise), all previously paid rewards will be withheld from the returned principal amount. Delays may occur in cases of extreme market volatility, network outages, protocol failures, or high redemption load. More about risks is in the relevant section on risk factors.

Unblocking period for subscriptions to perpetual products: Instant.
Unblocking period for fixed products: one day.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user in case of dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegal mass registration/account access, trading with oneself or market manipulation). Binance also has the right to disqualify participants who interfere with Binance's program code or affect its operation with third-party programs.
Binance reserves the right to determine and/or change these terms at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice, including cancellation, extension, conclusion or suspension of this promotion, changes to participation requirements, criteria, number of winners, and timelines for any action. All participants are required to comply with the changes.
