After some research, this coin is undoubtedly a compatriot coin.
This kind of malicious liquidation is still the trading method from Malaysia; Europe and the United States dare not operate this way because they will be held accountable if something goes wrong. Those who dare to do this are generally compatriots.
Let’s talk about how this is done.
When the contract orders accumulate to a certain quantity, there are very few spot trades in the primary market, meaning the liquidity is very weak. For example, if the current liquidity is 1 million and there is a sell order of 200,000 U, under the manipulation of the market maker, they can place a large sell order at the price of 5.0.
When the market maker is ready to perform a liquidity attack, they directly market buy all the sell orders in the market until they reach their own sell order at 5.0, ending this round of price increase. Then they distribute from the price of 5.0 all the way down and then place a buy order at what they believe to be the bottom.
At this point, a sharp drop occurs, and the contract performance sees both long and short positions explode, with no reaction time at all.
I want to make it clear here that this is illegal; it’s just not against the law in Malaysia. Anyway, no one in the crypto circle cares.
I previously mentioned that I was bullish on this altcoin called Bull Head, but I dare not open a position. I do not trust my compatriots; I am afraid that a twitch from them will make all my money disappear.
