Many beginners who just started trading contracts have limited funds, unstable operations, and their mindset can easily burst.

So today, I will tell you in the simplest way how beginners should survive and gradually make a profit.

First, if you only have 1000U, you must divide it into 10 parts, using only 100U each time with 20X leverage. Put the remaining money into a wealth management account, and do not fully invest. If you lose 100U, do not add to your position; take a break for 1-2 days, reflect, and then continue. When you return to the market, divide the 900U into 10 parts (90U each), proceed steadily, take small profits, and protect your mindset.

Remember: Trading contracts is not about desperation, but about position management. If the direction is wrong, 10X leverage can lead to liquidation; fully investing is always a dead end. No matter how high your win rate is, if you blow up once with a heavy position, all your previous efforts will be in vain.

Always keep a light position, be alert if losses exceed 2%, and if losses reach 6%, you must liquidate your contracts and take a break. Do not chase rising prices, do not add to positions emotionally; if you add to your position, do it immediately or wait until the pullback is over; when profits exceed 200%, set some to take profits at a drawdown, and set some at the break-even price to lock in profits.

If you are in a bad mood, life is not going well, or you are continuously losing money—do not trade. Do not touch the market against the trend. Keep some base positions; a good direction may continue to make money.
