Most altcoins will die or die slowly!
Other charts can't even lift up, the best case for altcoins is $BTC $ETH $SOL... top caps must reach ATH. Only then will investors with significant profits switch to risk-on mode, investing in high-risk altcoins.
As for the market situation and sentiment, you already know that the market recovers only top coins and a few altcoins that have money being pumped. I've often urged everyone to restructure their portfolio towards top caps.
