🚨🇺🇸SpaceX is in negotiations for the sale of internal shares, a move that would bring the valuation of the rocket and satellite manufacturer led by Elon Musk to 800 billion dollars. If the information is confirmed, this new transaction would make SpaceX the most valued startup in the world, surpassing the previous record of 500 billion dollars set by OpenAI in October. This valuation represents a significant increase compared to the price of 212 dollars per share set in July, during which the company had raised funds and sold shares based on a valuation of 400 billion dollars.
Two people familiar with the discussions indicated that SpaceX has informed investors and representatives of financial institutions that the company plans to go public (IPO) in the second half of next year. These negotiations come as SpaceX considers selling shares held by investors.
