China questions the United Nations' inaction!
Since the Sino-Japanese relationship has become tense, China has submitted two statements to the United Nations, hoping that the UN will fulfill its responsibilities, play a role, and pressure the Japanese government.
However, so far, the United Nations has not taken a clear stance nor has it taken substantive measures to pressure Japan, which has left China very dissatisfied and questioning the UN's inaction.
In fact, the United Nations is currently in a very awkward position, facing various constraints. We hope that the UN will exert pressure to make Japan realize the difficulties it faces; currently, it is merely difficult.
China's goal is to expose Japan's attempts to the world and clarify the harmfulness of Japan's destruction of the results of World War II and the international order. If the United Nations does not act and other related parties have ambiguous attitudes, then China can take decisive action, and after achieving a result, there will be no need to say it was not anticipated.
To show respect before resorting to force is China's way of dealing with the world.
