Last night I stewed some ribs and corn.
I bought a box of duck necks (not tasty) at Hema, just like the market conditions last night, the expectations were high but the result was disappointing (not tasty!). Fortunately, the rib soup I made turned out pretty good, and slowly it warmed up a bit.
Sure enough, it's best not to have too high expectations for things in the market; you have to rely on yourself.
