Bloomberg: the options market signals the "cryptowinter"…

Bloomberg experts note a sharp bias in favour of December $BTC options - traders choose a short-term, betting on range trading and volatility sales.

According to Wintermute strategist Jasper de Maere, the market expects "stability now", but allows for major movements later.

Additional bear signals:

- more than $2.7 billion was withdrawn from iShares Bitcoin Trust in five weeks;

- the annual yield of BTC is below S&P 500 for the first time in 10+ years;

- negative financing rates on perpetual futures - shorts dominate;

- the pressure remains on $ETH and altcoins.

Bloomberg believes that the combination of these factors indicates the cooling of the crypto market.
