#美sec推动加密创新监管
According to Foresight News, the SEC will hold a roundtable discussion on "Financial Monitoring and Privacy" on December 15.
Participants include Zcash, StarkWare, Aleo, and the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
The signal from this meeting is very clear:
👉 "Privacy" has moved from a gray area to the center of compliance discussions.
👉 Zero-knowledge proofs and privacy computing are being discussed as "regulatable technological solutions."
My view:
Regulation is no longer just about "blocking privacy," but rather finding "auditable + compliant privacy paths."
This is an important shift for ZK, privacy public chains, and compliant privacy technologies.
