Newcomers are most easily ignited by a single phrase when they first enter the scene—"Small market caps rise quickly; just pick one and it has tenfold potential!"
Sounds exhilarating, like fate quietly handing over a key to instant wealth.
It's more like a "shortcut" that only exists in late-night hot posts: choose the right one, and you can directly shift your life to a bull market difficulty.
But no one will tell you—
What rises quickly isn’t necessarily an opportunity;
What falls sharply is the real truth.
Why do small market caps rise quickly?
Because the market cap is light, a single influx of capital can push the price to the ceiling;
But with the same force, it can also be smashed down below the floor.
You think you are chasing the trend,
But most of the time, you are just being the last one to pass the baton.
I've seen too many newcomers rush into a hot little coin,
And the reason is always just one sentence:
"Bro, it just rose 80% yesterday, is it about to go a hundred times?"
And what’s the result?
Three days in, from an 80% increase, it turns into a -60% retracement;
From "preparing for takeoff" to "deeply trapped waiting to take action";
From feeling like they’ve caught the trend, to being directly knocked down to the bottom.
The funniest part is—
The more it falls, the less they dare to run;
The more panic, the more they stubbornly hold on;
The more trapped, the more they wait for that "distant yet never arriving rebound."
I’ve seen too many projects:
Three days ago everyone shouted "it’s going to fly", and three days later, even the official account disappears completely.
You think you are buying the future,
But in reality, you bought air that slips away faster than the market.
Why do I always say newcomers shouldn’t touch small market caps?
Not because there are no opportunities,
But because you still can’t understand the market, discern abnormal movements, or catch the rhythm.
Others play with chips, while you are using emotions;
Others leverage information asymmetry, while you are using your living expenses.
Ask yourself, do you willingly want to be a vegetable for a lifetime? Or do you want to become the one who laughs last?
