🚨 Today, December 10th, is Super Wednesday!
Today is the day of the Fed meeting and the US interest rate cut!
Weeks ago, many analysts said there would be no interest rate cut in December due to high inflation!
The Fed Chairman himself, Jeremy Powell, stated that a rate cut in December was not guaranteed.
Who remembers that?!
I always wrote, and it's recorded in my daily analyses, that the Fed had nowhere to run!
That it would have to cut interest rates in December!
And that it will have to inject LIQUIDITY into the American financial system, through trillions of dollars.
Well, today is the day we witness this cut.
The market has already priced in today's interest rate cut of 0.25%.
But, in truth, more important than how much the interest rate will actually be cut,
Will be what the Fed Chairman actually says!
And I'll go even further:
More important than what the current FED Chairman, Jeremy Powell, is saying,
is what the new FED Chairman, Hasset, is already saying. Fig. 2.
And he has already stated that the FED has room, has leeway to cut more than just 0.25%.
The markets are attentive to every statement, every gesture of Mr. Delay, the old Powell, and the new Hasset.
We are also attentive and well-positioned.
