Split at the Fed!
Today, Thursday, AMA day at 9 PM.
The Fed Committee is SPLIT
Of its 12 members, who usually voted unanimously,
Yesterday, 3 of these members voted against the majority decision.
The majority, 9 members, voted in favor of a 0.25% cut in US interest rates!
90% of the market expected this.
In my previous daily analyses, for those who follow them, I was also expecting this same 0.25% cut.
So far, nothing new...
Now for the news:
1) The news was the vote of Stephen Miran, the newest member of the Fed, appointed by Trump.
His vote was for the interest rate cut to be double, that is, 0.5%!
2) Jeffrey Schmid, from the Kansas City Fed, voted to keep interest rates unchanged. 1) I didn't want an interest rate cut!
2) Another new development was the vote of Austan Goolsbee, from the Chicago Fed, who voted to maintain interest rates!
He didn't want an interest rate cut!
This made it clear that:
THE FED IS SPLIT!
There is no longer consensus among its members!
Its Chairman, Mr. Delay, has lost control and direction in leading the Fed!
FORTUNATELY, he is leaving, he will leave in early 2026!
And the most important and motivating thing for the markets is that about half of the new Fed's composition will be appointed by President TRUMP.
Who is completely in favor of more aggressive interest rate cuts and more LIQUIDITY injections into the markets,
Precisely to boost the growth of the American economy.
Powell doesn't even speak anymore, he just whispers
The financial markets are only listening to the new Fed Chairman, Hasset.
Because of all this, the crypto world is apathetic, absorbing and digesting all this information and new financial and economic policies that are arriving from Trump and his wonderful team.
A fantastic trio that will be at the helm of the American nation:
TRUMP, as President of America, Scott Bessent, as US Secretary of the Treasury, and Hasset as Chairman of the FED.
The crypto market is just accumulating.
