Yesterday, a newcomer asked me: "How can I avoid being cut in the crypto market and still gradually make money?"

I told him a story about a predecessor—this person entered the market years ago with a principal of 200,000, and now the mainstream coins in his wallet plus contract earnings have long surpassed 30 million.

He once told me: "I can draw K-lines, adjust indicators, but when it comes to emotions, once it collapses, there's nothing left. Those who can stabilize their mindset will eventually get fed by the market."

The logic of making money in the crypto world isn’t that mystical, just three points: don’t impulsively open positions, don’t chase high prices greedily, and don’t randomly touch shitcoins.

Many people see a favorable news and go all in; this isn’t dollar-cost averaging or swing trading, it’s clearly gambling on contract liquidation.

You need to know that in a volatile market, entering a position a bit late is ten times safer than chasing after price increases. Waiting for the trend to become clear before entering the market is more effective than staring at the screen all night.

Most people lose heavily because of "random actions": they chase mainstream coins when they spike, cut losses on altcoins when they drop, and as a result, they are repeatedly harvested by the big players.

Remember: don’t chase coins with too high of a divergence rate, don’t buy when they break support levels, and keep an eye on MACD crossovers that haven’t occurred yet.

More importantly, manage your positions. Never use living expenses to buy coins, don’t leverage, hold 60% in mainstream coins for your base position, and use the remaining 40% for small positions to experiment with altcoins; even if you hit a landmine, there’s still room for recovery.

The crypto world has never lacked opportunities to make money, but it lacks people who can stay at the table.

If your coins are currently stuck and you're anxious, don’t hold on stubbornly. First, reduce your positions to stabilize your mindset. It’s not too late to act when the trend comes.
