Recently, the market has really been a struggle, so stagnant that everyone feels a heavy weight on their hearts.
Look at those bloggers you follow, how many dare to say the market will rise? Most are singing a dirge, saying Bitcoin will drop to 70,000, or even 60,000.
Now in the market, all you hear are bearish voices. I flipped through many news articles and found that retail investors are almost unanimously bearish, with about 90% of bloggers holding this view.
As a result, everyone has only one thought in their minds: Bitcoin has to drop, down to 70,000 or 60,000. So even though this might be a good buying opportunity, retail investors are too scared to take action and are instead selling off.
Those friends watching from the sidelines are even more scared to enter, fearing they will lose money as soon as they do.
So when will they actually enter the market? I see that the more it drops, the less they dare to enter, and they will only cautiously come in when the market rises above 120,000.
This is human nature; there’s no way around it. Sometimes I wonder, who instilled this “must drop” notion in the minds of retail investors?
Of course, the market could indeed drop, but now everyone feels there’s an 80% chance of a drop, which is something to be cautious about.
Now let’s talk about what the institutions are doing. While retail investors are retreating, institutions are quietly and slowly buying the dip. Big institutions like BlackRock are secretly purchasing, but all this on-chain data is overshadowed by everyone’s panic.
I’m too familiar with this situation; every time retail investors panic collectively, institutions start quietly buying the dip, and the market trends are often quite healthy.
So I believe a bull market isn’t far off. This round of the bull market has indeed been difficult; after the change of operators, their trading methods have become more sophisticated.
Will Bitcoin drop to 80,000? It’s possible; don’t just think that because I’ve said so much above, it will definitely rise. I just feel that the bull market is still there, but how the operators play it and where it will drop in the future, no one can say for sure.
Never listen to those who say to short when there’s a crash; otherwise, you will lose a lot.
