Terraform Labs founder Do Kwon will appear later today (December 11) in a Manhattan court to receive sentencing from U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer. Prosecutors have reportedly asked the court to sentence him to 12 years in prison, citing factors including his guilty plea.
