Binance has launched the Indication of Interest (IOI) service

Binance OTC & Execution Services is pleased to launch the Indication of Interest (IOI) service, the latest enhancement to our toolkit for VIP and institutional clients. This feature allows users to privately indicate their desire to buy or sell (Spot IOI) as well as lending or borrowing intentions (Loan IOI).
