Duan Yongping's Eight Suggestions

They seem simple, but very few can actually achieve them:

1. Do the right things: Return to the essence, resist temptation, adhere to long-termism, and do not earn money through improper means.

2. Do things right: Improve execution ability, allow mistakes, and continuously review and optimize.

3. Maintain a calm mind: Stay calm under pressure, and do not get carried away by temptation; make calm judgments.

4. Self-reflection: Look for your own problems first when things go wrong, do not shift blame.

5. Do not take advantage of others: Cooperation should be based on integrity; in the long run, this is more valuable than money.

6. Focus on the core: Know what you can and cannot do; do not jump around or try everything.

7. Keep promises: If you promise, follow through; do not make excuses.

8. Be grounded: Do not be impetuous or seek quick success; move steadily forward.
