Who hasn't stumbled in the crypto world? I once lost 10 million overnight, falling from the clouds into the mud.

But even a beggar has three years of luck. I held onto the remaining 10,000 yuan of capital and, through steady efforts, grew it to 38 million in three years.

I taught this method to my apprentice, and he doubled his funds in three months. Today, I share it with you without reservation.

Capital management is the bottom line: divide the principal into five equal parts and only use one part at a time. Set a stop loss of 10 points; if you make a mistake, you'll only lose 2% of your total funds. Even if you make five mistakes in a row, you'll only lose 10%; for profits, keep a stop profit of over 10 points, so you will never be trapped.

The key to increasing the win rate is two words: follow the trend.

In a downtrend, no matter how strong the rebound, it is a trap for the unwary; in an uptrend, every pullback is a golden opportunity to pick up chips. Don't go against the market.

Stay away from cryptocurrencies that surge in the short term, whether mainstream or altcoins.

There are very few that can sustain multiple waves of major upward trends. After a short-term frenzy, momentum is exhausted, and stagnation at a high level is a signal for decline. Don't be the one left holding the bag.

Using MACD to find buy and sell points is very stable: when the DIF and DEA form a golden cross below the 0 axis, decisively enter the market once both cross above the 0 axis; if a dead cross appears above the 0 axis, quickly reduce your position. Also, never average down when you are at a loss; doubling down only leads to deeper entrapment. Add to your position only when you are in profit to expand your gains.

Volume and price are core indicators; trading volume is the “thermometer” of the crypto world.

After a low-level consolidation, closely watch for a breakout with increased volume; if there is high volume at a high level but no increase, exit immediately.

Only trade cryptocurrencies that have upward-moving moving averages: use the 3-day line for short-term trades, the 30-day line for medium-term trades, and the 84-day line for major upward trends.

Always review the market at the end of each day: has the logic of holding changed? Does the weekly K-line trend meet expectations? Adjust your strategy as soon as the trend shifts; this step cannot be skipped.

In the past, I stumbled around in the dark alone; now the light is in my hands.
