From 'Xiao Cheng' to 'Cheng Ge': Turning 100,000 into 1,000,000, all thanks to one word 'stability'

The Xiao Cheng I knew in earlier years is now to be called Cheng Ge—transforming 100,000 U into 1,000,000 U in four years, with a maximum drawdown of less than 8%.

I enjoyed his meals for half a year before getting this 'lazy person's six moves,' which I can use just by thinking about it.

① Don't rush to enter

In December last year, when MEME coins surged 200% in a day, friends in the group were all in, but he first drew the range: high and low points, trading volume, 20 EMA, and would never place an order if the three lines didn’t overlap.

As a result, the coin price halved in three days; he tested the waters with 10% of his position, earning 12% before exiting. During the same period, the entire network saw 2.7 billion U liquidated, and he didn't contribute a dime.

② Stay calm during sideways movement

In April this year, ETH was sideways for 11 days, with volatility shrinking to 3.5%, and Twitter was filled with wails.

Cheng Ge used the 'fear index' as an indicator, investing when the value was <20, and on the sixth day, with a breakout in volume, he started with a 7% gain.

③ Take profits when you earn

His '30-70 profit-taking': sell 30% when the rise meets expectations, and let the remaining profit run after recovering the cost.

In June, when APT surged to 14 U, he reduced his position at 12 U, cleared after a 15% drawdown, achieving a simple interest of 35% with only a 5% drawdown.

④ Keep emotions in check

While others FOMO, he goes to lift weights; when others cut losses, he watches the K-line colors as traffic lights.

He uses emotional indicators in reverse, boosting the win rate to 68% (latest data from TokenInsight).

⑤ Think big, act small

As long as the daily trend line holds, he treats 1-hour fluctuations as noise.

This year, with BTC moving from 30,000 to 40,000, he only made two additional purchases and captured the main segment, spending the rest of the time in cash while sipping tea.

⑥ Always set a stop

Set stop-loss at -8%, take profit ≥1:2, and exit immediately once triggered; do not get romantically involved with the keyboard.

After four years, the account has an extra zero, and only three fewer hairs. Cheng Ge says: 'The market lacks speed but is short on rhythm. When you step to the right beat, even retail investors can dance like big players.'

Write the word 'stability' on the screen before placing an order, and you’ll find that making money can also be quite boring.

Those who survive and profit from the market are always the ones who dare to reach out first.
