At the end of last year, it's funny to say. My account has only 2300U in principal. In the cryptocurrency world, this amount of money doesn’t even qualify as 'chives', at most it counts as a bit of seasoning.
When chatting about the market in the square, no one replies to you; when you say you want to make money, others directly say, 'The principal is too small, don't mess around.' I also feel timid.
I don’t dare to use high leverage, don’t dare to open contracts randomly, and definitely don’t dare to dream of a 'big turnaround'.
But I am very clear about one thing—
Having a small principal is not a problem; messing around is the real cause of death.
So I set three strict rules for myself:
First, don’t chase trends, don’t touch the most emotional indicators;
Second, only trade structures that I understand;
Third, it’s better to earn less than to go bankrupt.
The strategy sounds not cool at all, even a bit 'earthy'.
No predicting tops, no bottom fishing, no fantasizing about getting rich.
Only go with the trend, only wait for confirmation, only take what should be taken.
When the market is good, I slowly add;
When the market is not right, I directly go flat.
Others may trade dozens of times a day, but I might only do it once or twice a week.
But with every trade, I know why I entered, what to do if I’m wrong, and where to take profits.
The best part isn’t which trade made a huge profit.
It’s watching the account grow from 2300U → 3000U → 5000U → 1W → 3W → 6W.
The numbers climb up little by little,
And you suddenly realize:
Compound interest is much harsher than luck.
There were also pullbacks in the process, as well as consecutive stop losses.
But what’s different from before is—
I will never panic and randomly click buttons again.
Because I know, as long as I'm still at the table, opportunities are always there.
When I come back to my senses,
The account has already reached 10W+.
There was no overnight wealth, no god-level predictions,
Just an ordinary person who has taken 'surviving' to the extreme.
