When you first enter the circle, don't rush to go all in; first take 50U to buy an 'experience package'

Last autumn, my cousin Ahao charged in with 3000U living expenses. On the first day, he saw someone posting a profit of 'PEPE +200% overnight' and immediately followed with 500U. As a result, the market opened down -30%, and in the middle of the night, he cried and asked me if he should cut his losses.

I didn’t comfort him; I just gave him 50U and three 'beginner anti-dip bands'—three months later, he rolled that 50U into 400U, while the initial 500U tuition was never replenished.

① First use a 'toy fund' to experiment

On-chain data: new addresses have an average of 22 transactions in 30 days, with a win rate of 38%, and fees have eaten up 8% of the principal.

I told him to treat the 50U as a demo account, only opening 2U each time, taking profits at 15% or cutting losses at 10% must close the position, and only after completing 30 trades can we discuss increasing the position.

In the first 10 trades, he lost 6U, but he developed the muscle memory of 'setting stop-losses before going to sleep,' which is more valuable than doubling his money.

② Adjust the pace to 0.5x speed

Beginners look at daily K-lines, while experts only focus on key points.

On December 9, I told him to watch ETH; if the daily line didn’t break the previous high of 3.28k, he absolutely shouldn't open a position. As a result, there was a continuous three-day decrease in volume.

He didn’t make a single trade, and on the 4th day, there was a breakout on increased volume. He then increased his 'toy fund' to 5U, took a 4% profit, and only traded once a day, instantly raising his win rate to 70%.

③ Don't put all your eggs in one basket

Besides short-term trading, I told him to withdraw 30% of his weekly profits to invest in new DeFi pools: at the beginning of December, stETH/ETH LP had an annualized return of 6%.

With no minting risk, he easily earned 0.8U in interest over ten days; he also buried the 50U profit into ARB locked airdrop, with an expected TGE realization of 100U+.

Short-term + ecosystem + airdrop, three legs to walk on, he no longer has to watch the market while he sleeps.

Newbies should avoid 'trying to go against the odds right from the start.'

First use 50U to buy an experience package, get the process right, then discuss going all in. The cryptocurrency circle rewards not diligence, but patience.
