Ten Rules of the Dice, I tattooed them on my mouse pad to prevent liquidation

On December 8th, ETH crashed -18%, I first shut down my computer to check the net inflow of USDC, and after 5 minutes decided, avoiding another -8%, with a high liquidation of 1.9 billion U that day.

3️⃣ If you don’t understand, just lay flat

In November, I couldn't recognize the direction of the APT triangle, stayed in cash for a day, the next day it dropped -15% with increased volume, cash outperformed heavy positions.

4️⃣ Leverage ≤ 3 times

Reducing from 20 times to 3 times, the probability of liquidation dropped by 68%, no more anxiety while sleeping.

5️⃣ Daily trades ≤ 2

On October 31st, the win rate was 58%, in November it was pressed to 18 trades with a win rate of 72%, and saving 40% on fees.

6️⃣ Write a trading diary

Using a Notion template for weekly reviews, I found that "just lost and added positions" accounted for 80% of liquidations, directly setting a flag to prohibit it.

7️⃣ If anxious, reduce positions first

Each time I reduce by 30%, my heart rate drops from 120 to 85, synchronously reducing the error rate in judgment.

8️⃣ Don’t catch the tops and bottoms

Only trade in the middle of the EMA60 ± 3% channel, with a win rate of 70%, avoiding being a martyr for “catching bottoms.”

9️⃣ Clear emotions

After making a profit, transfer 20% of the profit to the card, after losing, force a stop for three days to prevent floating positions or revenge trades.

🔟 Always keep bullets

Keep 30% USDC in the account, automatically shut down if the red line is breached, in December twice it recovered due to remaining funds.
