Most conversations about global distribution in games begin with technology. Faster servers, better localization pipelines, smoother payment rails, wider device compatibility. These are all important, yet they quietly miss something more basic that sits underneath every successful expansion story. Games do not spread because code travels well. They spread because culture does.

This is where traditional publishers, despite decades of experience, often misread the map.
