At Sydney’s Bondi Beach, two gunmen opened fire on people gathered to celebrate the Jewish holiday of Hanukkah, turning a family-friendly event into one of Australia’s deadliest recent attacks. Police say the attackers were 24-year-old Naveed Akram and his father, Sajid, aged 50. The father-son duo killed at least 15 people and injured around 40 others.
