I saw that some crypto friends were scammed again, and it really makes me angry.

Let me explain some things that beginners must know.

Do not trust the trading records of U merchants; there are many scams among U merchants. It's fine to buy and sell U on Binance C2C, but many U merchants will accumulate novices because buying U requires V verification, which also lets them know approximately how much capital you have. Those who have bought U know this.

Once you add them as friends, they will show their trades (mostly simulated accounts) about how much profit they made today. Over time, you will envy them, and you will want to follow their trades. If you don't reply, nothing much happens; once you do reply, they will keep chatting with you, possibly talking about family, career, etc. Once you become familiar, they will likely lead you to QQ, as V regulation is stricter, recommending you download a shady platform claiming it's specifically for contract trading. Once you download it, you will slowly fall into a trap.

At best, they will make you deposit U and you won't be able to withdraw; at worst, your wallet recovery phrase will be lost, and all your funds will be emptied.

If beginner friends encounter this, remember to report their U merchant account, collect all evidence, and submit it to Binance to prevent others from being scammed.
