$LAYER /USDC is moving like a spring that got compressed hard, then snapped. Price is 0.1912 (-10.86%) after a quick spike to 0.2190 and a shakeout down to 0.1842. That kind of whipsaw usually means liquidity just got hunted on both sides and the next clean move can be fast.

On 15m everything is tight and sensitive: EMA7 0.1915, EMA25 0.1919, EMA99 0.1921 and price is sitting right under them. Bulls need one clean reclaim above 0.192–0.193 to flip the short-term flow. If it slips back under 0.1898, the market will try to drag it toward the 0.1842 low again.
