Iron Law ① Leverage should not exceed 3 times

In 2021 on “519” I had a 150 times ETH long position, and in two hours I was liquidated -600,000, watching my position go to zero. Since then, I wrote on the wall: leverage > 3 times is sending heads to the big players.

Now a maximum of 2 times, and I have to add in batches, cut if wrong, run if right, leaving the risky business to the tough guys.

Iron Law ② Shanzhai is fireworks, not a property certificate

In 2022, I heavily invested in a certain “domestic divine chain”, 250,000 surged to 1.5 million but I was reluctant to sell, and half a year later the project party ran away, going directly to zero.

I learned my lesson: 85% position only recognizes BTC/ETH, the remaining 15% is only for chasing hot spots, and each order has a hard stop loss of 8%, automatically kicking out when it drops, my reaction speed is faster than my ex-girlfriend blocking me.

Iron Law ③ Stop loss = dignity

If the market is right, I take it; if wrong, I kneel immediately.

Last December, BTC spiked to 88,000, I was swept at 89,400, and the next day it rose to 92,000, and the group laughed at me for “selling too early”.

I only replied: as long as the principal is there, I can fly as many times as I want.

Sure enough, this week I bought the dip again, and my account reached a new high.

Eight years later, my profit curve has no rockets, only a small slope, but it has never been interrupted.
