‼️ Solana withstood a powerful DDoS attack of 'industrial scale'
🧬 Co-founder of Solana Anatoly Yakovenko and several sources related to the Solana ecosystem stated that the network faced a DDoS attack of industrial scale, one of the largest in history.
"The volumetric attack at 6 Tbps means billions of packets per second. With such a load, an increase in latency, missed slots, or confirmation delays is usually expected," wrote CEO of Pipe Network David Rodus.
📈 Instead, data showed that the attack had virtually no impact on the network. Therefore, Anatoly Yakovenko called it a 'bullish signal' for Solana.
