interesting take, to me, CZ’s message reflects leadership pressure more than a lack of humanity. Directness can be uncomfortable, but sometimes necessary.

💫💖🌹 HELLO EVERYONE
✨ Opening the discussion on: Communication & culture at Binance ✨
I have just become aware of the message from CZ (founder of Binance): A very direct message, without formulas, focused on efficiency and respect for time.
Some find it inspiring. Others find it abrupt, even unsettling.
👉 Personally, I read it primarily as a signal of saturation and clarity in a highly demanding environment. It is not a rejection of people, but an attempt to better protect attention, both one's own and that of the teams. ("Help me continue to be useful without exhausting myself.")
I find this message raises some really interesting questions:
How far can we go in direct communication without losing the human touch?
Is politeness always necessary or sometimes counterproductive?
How can we reconcile efficiency, respect, and different cultures (international, personal)?
💖💖💖 I would really love to hear your opinions and feelings:
How did you perceive this message?
Does it speak to you or make you uncomfortable?
Do you think this type of communication is suitable for global organizations like Binance?
Let's exchange views with respect, openness, and kindness🙏 Your perspectives really interest me.🙏
