#FOLKS Trend analysis shows a rebound with no volume, bears still dominate.
From a structural perspective, FOLKS has repeatedly failed to break through key resistance levels, and the trading volume continues to weaken, which is a typical high-level turnover market. Essentially, funds are selling off during the rebound.
Last night’s upward movement seemed more like a technical pullback rather than a trend reversal. After the price reached the previous high turnover zone, it clearly experienced stagnation, and short-term divergences appeared simultaneously; chasing the price at this position presents risks that are notably greater than potential rewards.
This is why yesterday, at the key resistance area, I took a short position on FOLKS with my followers. It’s not about betting on a crash but rather taking action with a better risk-reward ratio.
As long as the price cannot stabilize above the structural resistance, the upward potential is limited, and I will continue to view it as weak with fluctuations. In a bearish market, rebounds are often opportunities for bears.
The market is not lacking in opportunities; what is lacking is rhythm and position.
