ME News news, December 18 (UTC+8), December 18, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart posted on social media that he agrees with cryptocurrency asset management company Bitwise's prediction that over 100 cryptocurrency ETFs will be launched in 2026, but also pointed out that many of these products will be difficult to sustain. "We will see a large number of cryptocurrency ETP products liquidated. This may happen at the end of 2026, but is more likely to occur before the end of 2027. Currently, there are over 126 ETP applications awaiting results from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Issuers are flooding the market with products." (Source: ME)
