What is Falcon Finance?
Falcon Finance is building the first universal collateralization infrastructure, designed to change how liquidity and yield are created on-chain.
The protocol allows users to deposit a wide range of liquid assets, including digital tokens and tokenized real-world assets, as collateral. These assets can be used to mint USDf, an overcollateralized synthetic dollar that provides stable on-chain liquidity without forcing users to liquidate their holdings.
This approach improves capital efficiency and allows users to maintain long-term exposure to their assets while still accessing liquidity in a transparent and secure way.
To complement USDf, Falcon Finance introduces sUSDf, a yield-bearing token that users can mint by staking USDf. sUSDf is powered by diversified, institutional-grade trading strategies that go beyond traditional basis spread arbitrage. These strategies are designed to perform across different market conditions, rather than relying on a single source of yield.
