Trading in Christmas: The Liquidity Trap 🎄
Are you going to trade these holiday days? Be careful.
The last week of the year is usually dangerous for a simple reason: Low Volume.
The big institutions (those who really move the market) are on vacation.
Who stays?
High-frequency bots.
Retailers (you and me) bored on the couch.
The manipulators who take advantage of the empty order book to move the price with little money.
My advice:
If you see a giant candle up or down on December 24 or 31, don't trust it. They are often "fakes" (false breakouts).
Enjoy family, eat well, and leave the chart quiet for a few days. The market will still be there on January 2. Don't give your bonus to the market out of boredom.$BTC
