Open your wallet. Look at those coins that you have at -60% or -80% for months.
Ask yourself this:
"If I had the cash today, would I buy this coin again?"
If the answer is YES: Hold it.
If the answer is NO: Sell it, take the loss, and move that capital to something that is moving (BTC, SOL, ETH).
The "Opportunity Cost" is the silent killer. Having $500 locked in a "zombie" coin prevents you from using it to gain in a new trending coin.
