ChainCatcher message, the Hong Kong Financial Services and the Treasury Bureau (FSTB) and the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) jointly issued a consultation summary on the legislative proposal for the licensing system for virtual asset trading and custodial service providers.

The Hong Kong FSTB and SFC today also launched further public consultation for one month on the licensing system for service providers offering opinions on virtual assets and virtual asset management service providers.
