When the AI Agent begins to access real funds, cross-border settlements, and supply chain systems, the key factor determining its adoption is no longer the model's capability, but whether the execution behavior has the structural conditions to be regulated, interpreted, and held accountable. Most AI projects remain at the 'technically feasible' level, while Kite's design has clearly entered the 'systemic access' stage.
The traditional regulatory system does not care whether the executor is AI; it only concerns itself with three things: whether the execution is authorized, whether the execution follows clear rules, and whether the execution results can be reviewed.
