CAKE has experienced a series of sharp declines, and each time the price managed to recover, buyers were halted near the EMAs. This pattern has repeated several times, and so far, sellers have maintained control at that level.
Now the price is sitting near local support again. If this structure repeats, the next valid long opportunity comes only after a proper market structure break. Once we see a BOS and buyers begin to reclaim the structure, that will be our confirmation to look for a continuation towards the EMAs again.
Until that happens, this remains a waiting game for structural change.
