🇪🇺Starting from January 1, the DAC8 directive comes into force in the EU.
ℹ️Crypto platforms are required to collect and transmit detailed user data, transaction information, transfers, and asset storage to tax authorities, and EU countries will exchange this information among themselves. Implementation is due by July 1. In case of tax evasion, authorities may block and seize crypto assets, including those located outside the user's country of residence.
