Day 21/01- 20/30
THE IMPORTANCE OF REVIEWING DECISIONS (INCLUDING WRONG ONES)
In the crypto market, making mistakes is not the exception.
It is part of the journey.
The problem is not making mistakes.
The problem is not reviewing the mistake.
🔁 The most common mistake 'after' the mistake
When something goes wrong:
• many ignore
• push forward
• they expect to 'return to the purchase price'
• you emotionally cling to the decision
This is not strategy. It is denial.
🧠 Reviewing is not giving up, it does not mean:
• abandoning convictions
• accept failure
• admit incapacity
It means:
• look at the scenario again
• accept that the context has changed
• adjust the course when necessary
The market changes. Projects change.
And we need to change together.
📉 When reviewing is essential
Some signs call for immediate review:
• fundamentals have deteriorated
• the team has changed or disappeared
• the proposal no longer makes sense
• the tokenomics has worsened
• the original thesis no longer stands
Maintaining a position under these conditions is not patience.
It's stubbornness.
🧭 Reviewing also applies to successes
Not only losses call for review.
Gains also need to be reviewed when:
• the risk has increased
• the price has moved too far from the fundamentals
• the macro scenario has changed
• the position has grown beyond what was planned
Reviewing is part of management, not just damage control.
The investor who evolves is the one who reviews more than insists.
🔹 WEEK 3 — ANALYSIS & DECISION (16 to 22/01)
✅ 16/01 – Buying for fundamentals vs buying for hype
✅ 17/01 – What to analyze before buying a coin
✅ 18/01 – Tokenomics: inflation, issuance, and unlocks
✅ 19/01 – A low price does NOT mean opportunity
✅ 20/01 – Why I don't enter launches
✅ 21/01 – The importance of reviewing decisions (including wrong ones)
⬜ 22/01 – Conviction is not stubbornness
🔍 CONCLUSION
In the crypto market, those who survive are those who learn to reassess.
Making mistakes is part of it.
Persisting in error is a choice.
Reviewing decisions does not weaken the strategy. It strengthens it.
❗ This is not an investment recommendation.
I share study, experience, and reflection.
