🧠 Your PnL isn’t your problem… your process latency is

Most traders don’t “lack a strategy.”

They lack speed between seeing and executing the right thing.

What I mean:

• You notice the setup ✅

• Then you hesitate, overthink, chase, or enter late ❌

• Now your stop has to be bigger, your RR gets worse, and the trade feels “random”

So here’s a simple fix I’ve been using:

The 10-second rule:

When price hits your level, you should already know ONE of these 3 actions:

1. Enter on reclaim

2. Enter on rejection

3. No trade (if it’s messy)

If you’re still “deciding” in the moment… you didn’t actually have a plan.

My goal lately isn’t more trades. It’s fewer decisions.

Decisions cost money.

If you want, comment “RULE” and I’ll drop the exact checklist I use before I press buy/sell.
