Mark Zuckerberg's wealth increased by over $22 billion during trading on Thursday, advancing him to fourth place globally on the list of the richest people in the world, surpassing Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, after Meta's stock surged following the announcement of financial results that exceeded Wall Street's expectations once again.
Meta's stock jumped by 10.2% to over $737 during trading on Thursday, marking the largest single-day increase for the stock since it rose by 11% in July 2025.
The company announced on Wednesday that it achieved quarterly revenues in the fourth quarter of $59.8 billion, with earnings per share at $8.88, clearly exceeding analysts' estimates which were pointing to revenues of $51.2 billion and earnings of $8.21 per share. The company also recorded a 24% year-over-year revenue growth and an 11% increase in profits.
At the time when the jumps of major stocks like Meta redraw the map of global wealth, the real challenge lies in determining whether to keep up with the momentum or to take the profit moment. #Binance #BinanceSquare $BTC
