Ukraine has reached an agreement with Western partners to coordinate military actions if Russia breaches any future ceasefire agreements, according to Jin10. Discussions involving Ukrainian, European, and American officials took place in December and January, focusing on a multi-tiered response to any violations by Russia. Representatives from Kyiv, Moscow, and Washington are scheduled to meet in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday and Thursday for negotiations aimed at ending the conflict.

Three informed sources revealed that the plan includes a 24-hour response window following any Russian ceasefire violation, beginning with diplomatic warnings and necessary actions by Ukrainian forces to halt the infringement. If hostilities persist, a second phase of intervention will be initiated, involving a "volunteer coalition" of forces from several EU member states, along with the UK, Norway, Iceland, and Turkey.

Officials stated that if violations escalate into broader attacks, coordinated military actions by Western-supported forces, including the U.S. military, will be implemented within 72 hours of the initial breach.
