WARNING OF "HONEYPOT" SCAM 🍯

A honeypot scam is a term that appears in the field of cryptocurrency, describing a sophisticated scam in which scammers create a type of token that looks attractive and easy to buy, but prevents buyers from selling.

​In this type of scam, the bad actors adjust the smart contract code of the token so that:
🔥​Users can buy (exchange other cryptocurrencies for this token).
🔥​Users cannot sell (the selling or swapping function of the token has been disabled in the contract code).
🔥It can still show a liquidity pool on decentralized DEX apps created by the scammer (this is particularly dangerous as experienced traders on DEX might still be fooled by the numbers).
🔥 Its price chart rises steadily and looks extremely beautiful, to the point that it is too beautiful to be real. The gradually increasing amount in the wallet makes the owner feel like a billionaire, with numbers potentially increasing by 10,000 - 100,000 times in just a few hours.

🍯 ​It is called a "honeypot" because it attracts investors with promises of profit and ease of buying, just like honey attracts insects. Once the investors' money has been poured in (buying the token), it gets "locked" (unable to withdraw by selling the token), resulting in the investors losing their entire investment.
