If I find an argument that convinces me to exit? I exit. BEFORE it turns into a loss.
It seems strange: "I enter and then look for a reason to exit?"
Yes. Because truly, your trade is never 100% correct. It's probability.
If probability changes (via a new argument), the trade changes.
With $BTC at $110k, I am more demanding. If I see signs of institutional weakness, I exit. I gain -2% instead of losing -20%.
A trader who gets rich seeks to disprove himself. A gambler seeks proof that he is right.
