MegaETH launched its token MEGA on April 30, 2026, turning one of the most talked-about Ethereum scaling projects in crypto into a listed market asset.

The token started trading on major centralized exchanges, including Binance, KuCoin, Bitget, MEXC, Bybit, OKX, and Gate, while on-chain liquidity quickly formed on native platforms to MegaETH such as Kumbaya.

Market data from launch day showed that MEGA was trading in a range between $0.16 and $0.22, with an implied fully diluted valuation (FDV) close to $1.65 billion, based on a supply of 10 billion tokens. The altcoin launched with a market cap of nearly $200 million.

The Speaker of the Iranian Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, accused President Donald Trump of making "seven claims in one hour, all of which were false." This statement came a few hours after the S&P 500 recorded its fastest recovery since 1982.
