2025年只剩下一个月了，明天就是12月了，时间过得真快。
下个月开始就可以好好总结一下2025了，真的是由牛转熊的过程，不知道12月的加密行情会不会有逆转。
最近国内对加密的政策又严格了，针对虚拟货币出台最严厉的法律法规，作为全职的从业者，瑟瑟发抖中。
虽然环境变差了，但是我从没想过要放弃，我仍然会继续苟着。
以太坊 $ETH 总是在3000左右的价格波动着，很稳啊，不知道是不是阶段的底部，真让人着急，ETH再涨点吧，以太坊涨一些行情才会起来，山寨才会有起色，因为还有2个半月就要过年了，现在要开始赚钱过年了。

聊一聊普通人刷阿尔法的真实感受吧
记得阿尔法刚出来，第一批我就领到了，刚开始确实毛挺大，都是100来u。
之后我记得有一段低谷期，群里都在说不刷了，跑路了，我是因为也要跑外卖，看到群里的消息，也就停刷了，大概隔了一两个月，再看群里人个个都说吃肉了。
于是我又开始刷，9月份肉挺大，我看广场很多人单号七八千利润，我吃到了大概三四千。十月份只能说赚了一点点。
到了11月，确实感觉项目迎来了尾期，分不好刷磨损大的同时分只升不降。记得刚开始刷阿尔法，今天15分扣了，明天出的空头会降分，现在这种积分规则我是真的难顶。我也能理解币安，市场熊市，项目少，刷阿尔法的人却一天比一天多。
群里每天都有人停刷，但去查看数据，一天又比一天刷的人多。
而且现在阿尔法币的波动是真大，我有过参考，一个月前，稳定币能稳定几分钟，甚至十几分钟，现在呢？几秒就不行了，虽然有限价单，但波动那么大，这个限价的金额更是难以下手。

1:在职人员一天降了5万了，前天是38万活跃，昨天是34万活跃，不知道是离职了，还是因为昨天大家都在传币安封账号导致的，不管是啥反正都是好的
2:alpha本身就是一个提供流动性的游戏，属于三方博弈的，我们散户充当流动性→项目方看到流动性好就来上所→交易所拿项目方给的好处分发个散户（所以这就形成了一个循环）只是在这循环里面有人亏有人赚，因为本质上这个市场就是一个零和博弈的游戏，你赚的1U的同时那肯定有人亏1U。
3：市场行情不好的时候就没项目上所，因为上了也估值不高没流动性，所以现在alpha的分数居高不下并且每个空投的特别下，所以昨天我也给出了两个方案，现在要么
A：每天刷2+14或者2+15先存活在这个市场上面
B：直接辞职免得耽误时间
我个人是选择A每天刷15分就行了，哪怕一个周期零一个也能回本磨损的手续费，因为每天花费的时间也就几分钟而已。

关于Alpha还刷不刷？数据告诉你真相
看完最近半个月的空投数据，情况就非常清晰了。简单来说：对于余额分低的朋友，现在参与Alpha的性价比确实很低。
核心结论：
余额1分：建议“辞职”。刷满一个月利润微乎其微，纯粹是给平台打工。
余额2分：可以低磨损碰运气，但别抱太大期望，目标是搏一个50刀以上的大毛才能回本。
余额3分及以上：还能喝点汤，但想靠这个“吃肉”也很难了。
为什么这么说？看数据：
空投价值普遍不高：
最近的项目，除了极个别的像 FOLKS ($93.9)、JCT ($51.5) 算是大毛，大部分空投价值都在 $10 - $30的区间。平均下来，一次空投可能就 20-30美元。
高分已成常态，竞争激烈：
从历史数据看，空投门槛基本稳定在 220分以上，很多项目甚至需要 235分以上。这意味着你必须几乎刷满交易分（16分）才能稳定领取。
你的利润会被磨损和门槛吞噬：
假设你余额2分：刷满16分交易分，总分270。按照你提供的 50U磨损 计算。
一个月领2次：如果每次领$30，总收入$60，扣除磨损后纯利仅$10。
一个月领3次：总收入$90，扣除磨损后纯利$40。
这还没算上你的时间成本，完全是“辛苦钱”。必须遇到一个$50+的大毛，这个月才算没白干。
项目上线频率和行情有关：
正如你所说，大行情不好，优质项目不敢TGE。表格里项目虽多，但很多市值（MC）和空投价值都不高，说明项目方本身也“抠门”了。

最近市场不是很景气，有时间想聊一下最近 Aplha 的事，你们觉得目前的状况还有必要继续刷吗？！
在军师看来，目前的规则体系下，加上大盘整体回调，很多项目方都推迟了 TGE 跟上币计划，市场整体流动性不强所以导致空投比较少，别说跟 9 月份的阳光普照相比了，空投比 10 月也冷清了不少。
就目前情况，现在基本上可以放弃 1000U 以下的账户了，正常 15+1 刷满一个周期也才 240 分，但是因为空投少，回分了之后没有空投消耗，当前空投要求分数普遍较高，这几天的基本上在 245 分这里就被领光了。不满 1000U 的账户一个周期只能领一次空投，正常磨损大概也要 25U 左右了，如果不小心被夹一下妥妥的倒亏，所以不建议继续刷下去了。
接下来我们说 1000U 的账户，正常 15+2 或 16+2 的分数，目前一个周期领 2--3 次，正常刷还是有微利的，建议不要放弃等待行情回暖，性价比最高的 方法可以参考军师置顶的刷分攻略。Aplha 是币安下的一盘大棋，交易所也不会轻易放弃这块业务的，目前用户数显示还有 40 万左右，大盘整体行情不好，最近的空投建议就不要格局了，落袋为安保住本金在这个市场活下去，风雨之后终见彩虹！
不要盲目的刷分，一定要学会算账保护自己的本金，宁愿少赚，不要倒亏！！！

I have picked out the key information and explained it in simple terms, so you don't have to wade through a pile of complicated rules. ​
First, the biggest change is that the threshold has been lowered and is friendlier. At the beginning of this year, to grab the airdrop you had to accumulate over 200 points, which then gradually stabilized between 220 and 250 points. Now we are in the second stage, often only needing around 230 points to grab it, no longer the 'top scorer era' of needing over 260 points; for those of us who don't have that much time to grind points, we finally have a chance. ​
Then, the distribution is in two phases, which is fairer.
