Bitcoin dropped from US$ 92.000 to US$ 85.000, but the trigger came from Japan, not the crypto market.

The Bank of Japan signaled an interest rate hike, making carry trade more expensive—an operation where investors borrow cheap money in Japan to invest in riskier assets. As a result, many reduced their exposure, and BTC corrected.
