I thought it was a problem with my tablet, and when I tried to log in again, I got a message that Binance wasn't working. After 5 minutes, I was finally able to log in, and my surprise was to see my account empty. I made an appeal for the failure, and now they tell me that Binance always worked well and that this failure never existed. After losing 20 thousand dollars, they tell me I have to settle for 4 thousand dollars in compensation? This is very unfair.

Let me share my experience.
In my first experience, I followed a copy trader with $200 USDT, I placed a stop loss of 40%. The trader operates $ETH and after 5 days my investment showed a loss and my new balance was 142.559. When suddenly Boom, the fatal notification arrives. I didn't even have "beginner's luck". Closed by Stop Loss. I said, oh well. At least I didn't lose everything. Setting a stop loss "prevented me from losing everything". And guess what, gentlemen?
I lost everything, my balance is -200.
Where is the difference? I mean, the 60% I just don't understand what happened and I hope that some expert reader can figure out what happened here. There is no way to ask for assistance in this situation. As a suggestion, there should be some communication and support channel with the trader since you are making an investment.

I hope you dear beginners do not experience the same thing.
